WISDM Cuts Entry Pricing by 80%, Making its Market-Leading Wireless Planning Tool More Accessible to Smaller ISPs.
WISDM has announced a major pricing reduction, cutting entry costs by up to 80% for smaller internet service providers, making its industry-leading wireless planning and service qualification tool more accessible than ever before.
Ahead of WISPAPALOOZA 26, and following the demise of cnHeat, the move comes in response to growing demand for advanced coverage modelling and service qualification tools across the wireless ISP market.
From 1 October 2026, small and medium-sized network operators will be able to access the full capabilities of WISDM® from just $1,000 per year, down from the previous entry price of $7,500.
Over the past five years, WISDM has established itself as the preferred wireless planning platform for medium and large ISPs across the US and internationally. Used by leading operators including Nextlink, Rise Internet and EarthLink, the platform helps providers plan smarter networks, qualify customers with greater accuracy and operate more efficiently, resulting in fewer failed installations, better customer experiences and more profitable network infrastructure.
WISDM maps serviceable addresses, identifies where connections can be delivered with confidence and provides the real-time intelligence needed to support network growth. From demand mapping and network expansion to sales qualification and installation planning, the platform helps teams work faster, reduce costs and maximise revenue opportunities.
Commenting on the announcement, David Burns, CEO of WISDM, said:
“So far, 2026 has been tremendously successful for WISDM and we have reached a level of critical mass which gives us further flexibility on our pricing strategy.
“Owning our GPU servers and not using commercial cloud providers, together with the volume of high-resolution clutter data we have built means that we can afford to significantly reduce the entry cost for small and medium WISPs in the US.
“We have wanted to make WISDM more compelling to small and medium ISPs for some time, without sacrificing any of the functionality or performance that is enjoyed by larger operators. Today’s announcement is a real milestone in bringing the market leading coverage tool to the masses. There is nothing else in the market quite like WISDM for capturing sales leads, mapping demand, qualifying sales opportunities and visualizing coverage, and I am proud to now offer this at a price point that competes directly with lesser tools.”
WISDM will be exhibiting at Booth 419 during WISPAPALOOZA 2026, with a dedicated spotlight presentation taking place at 8:30am on 4 November at Caesars Palace.
